Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
• Fully qualify applicants, gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation for searching to tailor the best tours.
• Plan and execute viewing tours to be structured and productive.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and refer them to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Remain proactive in the conveyancing process, initiating surveys and following up with solicitors/buyers for documentation.
• Manage the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring timely completion.
