Your Move Darwen branch, part of the LSL Property Services plc network, is recruiting a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency team. You will register customers, match properties, arrange viewings and support negotiation of offers.

Full training will be provided; on-target earnings around £25,000 per annum. Five-day week including Saturdays on rota, with pension and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• No formal qualifications required; opportunity for on-the-job training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are advantageous.

Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Darwen as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Residential Sales and Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, although we will consider relevant transferrable skills in sales and customer service as full training will be given.

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
