Job summary

Reeds Rains in Sheffield is recruiting a Trainee Negotiator for our estate agency branch. You will register customers, match properties for sales and lettings, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers between parties.

We value effective customer service and the ability to cross-sell services such as mortgages and conveyancing. Training will be given; a full UK driving licence and own vehicle are preferred due to the office-based nature of the role.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is ideal, but training will be provided.
• Transferrable skills in sales and customer service will be considered.

Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Branch in Sheffield as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Residential Sales and Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, although we will consider relevant transferrable skills in sales and customer service as full training will be given.

In return we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
• first few months guaranteed commission pay.
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
