Job summary

Your Move in Ashford is seeking a Sales Negotiator with potential Trainee to join our office-based team. The role focuses on registering customers, matching properties for sales, arranging viewings and negotiating offers between all parties.

We offer a very competitive basic salary with an excellent uncapped OTE and full training for the right candidate who is motivated by sales and customer service. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is ideal, but full training will be provided.
• Relevant transferable skills in sales and customer service will be considered.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.

• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.
