Job summary

Reeds Rains Grimsby is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Manager to join our estate agency branch. The role covers Grimsby and Cleethorpes with a strong focus on lettings and progressing careers within National Home Move.

The successful candidate must have industry experience, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and be prepared for a 5-day week including Saturdays on rota. On target earnings and career progression opportunities are highlighted.

• Experience in lettings industry essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Office-based role in Grimsby area.

Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains in Grimsby as we are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator /Trainee Lettings Manager to join our estate agency branch.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is essential. Great opportunity for an experienced Negotiator to progress their career in Lettings, with a fabulous patch covering Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
