Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous driving experience is required, as we provide full training through our Training Academy with DVSA guidance and structured in-car coaching.

Typical lesson rate is about £38 per hour, with potential earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You can choose flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends—and training fees can be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• No previous driving experience required; full training provided.
• Training combines online learning, live classroom support, and in-car coaching.
• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence 3+ years, ≤5 penalty points, no bans in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius covering 6-8 postcodes.
• Assist learners to progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and ongoing support.
