Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training is provided through our Training Academy, with DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance and ongoing support to help you qualify.

Lesson rates average about £38 per hour, with typical earnings around £39k per year at 32 hours per week, and over £50k at 40 hours. You can choose flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends or part-time—within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA training (Parts 1–3) with online, classroom, and in-car coaching.
• Provide driving instruction once qualified with support from lesson plans and resources.
• Work flexible hours and help learners progress toward qualification.
