Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Typical lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with earning potential of up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week and over £50k with a 40-hour week. New trainees will go through our Training Academy covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with flexible hours and nationwide placement.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Undergo DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training through the Training Academy.
• Deliver learner lessons as a Trainee Driving Instructor after qualification.
• Train and coach learners with in-car coaching and lesson plans.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
