Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support. Lesson rates average £38 per hour.

Earnings potential is up to £39k per year for 32 hours per week, and higher with longer hours. Lessons are taught locally, typically within a 30-minute radius. You train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with structured in-car coaching and online learning.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners.
• Work with trainees to build driving skills and confidence.
• Support learners through the DVSA testing process.
