Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No prior experience required, as we provide full training and ongoing support through a new Training Academy. DVSA entry steps are guided, with local teaching opportunities within a 30-minute radius and flexible working hours.

Expect an average hourly rate around £38, with potential earnings up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week, and higher earnings for longer hours. Backworth-based locations offered nationwide training.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience is required.
• DVSA requirements: full UK licence 3+ years, ≤5 penalty points, no bans in last 5 years.
• Full training and ongoing support provided through Training Academy.

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy to qualify with DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Learn to teach learners locally across the UK with support.
• Earn as you train with flexible, part-time or full-time hours.
