Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our DVSA-aligned Training Academy.

Earn while you learn: lesson rates around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k/year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours, nationwide coverage, and dual-control car options via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach driving skills to trainees
• Cover driving lessons nationwide across the UK
• Help trainees progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback during training
