Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—full training and ongoing support are provided.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour. Earn about £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius, with training academy and DVSA Parts 1–3 support.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through the My Four Wheels Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3
• Provide trainee instruction under supervision and build driving confidence in learners
• Teach locally across the UK, coordinating with the academy for ongoing coaching and support
