Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You can choose flexible hours and teach locally within a 30-minute radius, with DVSA Part 2 guidance on start.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous experience required - training provided through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a typical 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes
• Deliver driving instruction and coaching
• Follow the Training Academy materials and DVSA guidance to qualify as an instructor
