Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible hours and potential to earn well.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour; earn up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training academy offers comprehensive DVSA Parts 1-3 preparation.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through My Four Wheels Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius and cover 6-8 postcodes once qualified.
