Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and due to record learner demand, we're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year for 32 hours a week, or over £50k for 40 hours. Flexible hours, local training, and a clear path to DVSA Parts 1–3.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and max 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners as a trainee driving instructor across the UK.
• Deliver DVSA-aligned training through our academy.
• Guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with in-car coaching.
