Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working options.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earning potential up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week, or £50k+ for 40 hours. Train through our new Training Academy and progress through DVSA Parts 1-3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.
• Guide trainees through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans and resources.
• Offer flexible working arrangements and build a local teaching schedule.
