Job summary

Corient is seeking a proactive, graduate-calibre candidate to join the Dealing and Treasury Services team in Jersey. You will support the dealing desk with trade inputting and booking, trade reporting, account openings, and client onboarding.

Working with the CDTS Team and Relationship Managers, you will learn the broking role, handle queries across asset classes, and help optimise processes while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre preferred; applications from A Levels or equivalent considered.
• Frequently used to describe general requirements
• Willing to undertake relevant professional studies (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate, CISI Level 4).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dealing team with day-to-day duties and queries on trades.
• Assist on placing trades across asset classes via internal platforms, email and telephone.
• Support trade bookings, reporting, and corporate action elections.
• Proactively review processes and help streamline procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of CDTS platforms, trading, reporting and client data management.
• Generate reports and assist with client onboarding and lifecycle activities.
