Responsibilities

• Assist with the establishment of new fund structures and the transition of new business.
• Support the delivery of high-quality service to clients and related stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of fund structures.
• Assist with company secretarial matters, including preparing agendas, board packs, and meeting minutes.
• Support routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
• Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses.
• Assist with maintaining and updating investor, entity, and static data records.
• Support the setup and maintenance of information within accounting and administration systems.
• Maintain accurate investor records and ensure all activities are properly documented.
• Follow internal workflows, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks and checklists accurately and within agreed deadlines.
