Job summary

CSC in Jersey is seeking a Transaction Analyst to manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Jersey-based client entities and SPVs within the Global Capital Markets team. Hybrid role offering growth through supervision and structured learning.

You will coordinate structures, maintain governance records, and deliver accurate work under senior oversight while developing practical knowledge of Jersey’s regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/financial services administration is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Jersey entities and SPVs.
• Coordinate formation and implementation of new structures and transactions.
• Maintain diaries, deadlines and client billing with oversight from seniors.
• Prepare board materials, minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory books and regulatory filings.
• Support onboarding and periodic reviews including due diligence and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with clients, advisers, auditors and other parties to ensure timely delivery.
