Job summary

UTC is seeking a Trading Desk Treasury & Operations Executive in the United Kingdom to manage the trading desk's treasury operations, broker accounts, liquidity, and capital deployment across global markets.

You will oversee onboarding of broker accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, reconcile statements, and support a fast-paced trading environment with accurate fund movements, risk monitoring, and auditable records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of treasury, settlement, broker operations, or capital management experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of margin trading, buying power, account equity, and liquidation mechanics.
• Experience with IBKR, MT5, Binance or similar brokerage systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international broker accounts and onboarding.
• Prepare KYC/AML docs and trading permission applications.
• Monitor cash balances, margin utilization, and capital allocation across trading accounts.
• Execute deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and FX conversions.
• Reconcile broker and bank statements and report treasury movements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain auditable treasury records.
