Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage claims from notification through settlement within authority limits.
• Triage, investigate, negotiate and refer fraud risk as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act with integrity.
• Collaborate with teams and third‑party providers to control costs.
