We are looking for a Trainee Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Brierley Hill office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be responsible for assessing and progressing legal expenses claims while supporting customers throughout the process. This includes:

• Reviewing and assessing new legal expenses claims
• Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage
• Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress
• Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email
• Managing and progressing your own caseload
• Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly
