Arriva in Hinckley is recruiting for Trainee Bus Driver to start a rewarding career serving the local community. You will train with the Arriva Training School, gain your PCV licence, and work with a mentor as you build experience on scheduled routes.

The role offers full paid training, ongoing CPC refreshers, and opportunities to progress into management or specialist driver paths. You will join a diverse team focused on safe, reliable travel for passengers.

Qualificações

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Great people and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive buses and transport passengers safely.
• Engage with customers and assist with directions as needed.
• Work rotating shifts according to planned patterns.
