Arriva Maidstone is hiring a Trainee Bus Driver to join our team and serve the local community. You will receive full paid training to obtain your PCV licence at the Arriva Training School, then begin driving on routes with a mentor.

Expect overtime opportunities and a rotating shift pattern starting early mornings, with shifts planned 6–8 weeks in advance. This role emphasizes customer service and safety as you help commuters, shoppers, and students travel to their destinations.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Have a valid UK driving licence and been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Must pass an English comprehension test and a drug/alcohol test.

Responsabilités

• Operate a bus to assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide friendly, safe, and reliable customer service to passengers.
• Complete training at the Arriva Training School and work with a mentor.
• Work a rotating shift pattern with early mornings and afternoons.
