Stagecoach Ballater Depot is hiring drivers with paid training to obtain a PCV licence and CPC ongoing training, based at Ballater. You’ll join a team committed to safety, customer care and community connection across the local area.

The role offers training pay during the period, a stable career path, and opportunities to grow into more senior positions while serving customers and supporting the public transport network in Ballater and surrounding communities.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK with DVLA requirement of 183 days presence.
• Patient, safe and courteous attitude to driving and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete our industry-leading training and obtain your PCV licence with CPC ongoing training.
• Drive Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently on assigned routes.
• Ensure every passenger has a great journey with excellent service.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to passengers of all ages.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and looked after.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Shift patterns of 5 over 7

What do you need to apply?

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as a part of DVLA requirement)
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving
• Being the face of Stagecoach, a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
