Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham and surrounding areas is seeking a motivated Trainee Area Sales Manager to join our expanding field sales team. You'll receive comprehensive training on material handling products and sales processes while working with experienced professionals.

As you grow, you'll take responsibility for your own territory across Bournemouth and surrounding areas, develop new business, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training covering products and sales processes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your territory.
• Generate leads through phone, email, networking and direct business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Shadow experienced Area Sales Managers on visits and learn negotiation and closing techniques.
• Support management of existing accounts to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions.
• Work towards sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
