TWP, in Weybridge, is offering a Trainee Accountant apprenticeship designed to build your career in accounting with fully funded training and a clear development path. You’ll join a dynamic team, learn on the job, and work toward your AAT studies while contributing to client work.

The program is based in Weybridge with an induction plan and a supportive, learning-focused culture that values growth and potential.

After a proper induction to the business, a personal development plan will be drawn up for you. It will outline each of the steps you’ll need to take to realise your ambitions and goals of becoming a fully-fledged Accountant. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative, rewarding and you’ll learn loads every day.

Your typical day as a Trainee Accountant will involve:

• Being part of a talented team, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver
• Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
• Calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities, whilst coming up with tax planning ideas
• Cracking on with your personal development plan – shadowing, questioning, and learning to help you achieve your ambitions and be victorious in your AAT studies
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients and wowing them daily

Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:

• Have an excellent academic background, with 5 GCSEs at a minimum level 5 and above, with a level 6 or above in both Maths and English and on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above
