Job summary

TWP, in partnership with DJH, invites you to join as a Trainee Accountant Apprentice in Weybridge. You will receive a structured induction, a personal development plan, and fully funded training to help you reach your accounting career goals.

Develop through on-the-job learning and dedicated study for AAT qualifications, while contributing to client work and relationship building. This is a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong focus on learning and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background with at least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English; aiming for 3 A Levels.
• Enjoy meeting people and building long-lasting relationships.
• Proactive and eager to learn; ready for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a talented team delivering value to clients.
• Assist in preparing year-end financial statements for a range of clients.
• Assist with calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities; contribute to tax planning ideas.
• Pursue personal development including shadowing, questions, and progress with AAT studies.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and impress daily.

After a proper induction to the business, a personal development plan will be drawn up for you. It will outline each of the steps you'll need to take to realise your ambitions and goals of becoming a fully-fledged Accountant.
