Job summary

Carlisle Support Services in Eastham is seeking vigilant security officers to provide a visible security presence and deter crime at client sites. You will manage access, handle incidents, and engage with the public in a professional manner while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible for front-line licensable activity.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Full UK manual car licence held for 2+ years with 6 points or less.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and well presented.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with clients and customers.
• Experience working in a security environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smart, proactive security presence and deter crime.
• Control access and egress and conduct security patrols.
• Manage and de‑escalate incidents with effective conflict handling.
• Engage with the public professionally and guide customers as needed.
• Follow safety and security processes and work as part of a team.
