CrossCountry is seeking a Train Manager to join the team at Manchester Piccadilly from January 2027. You will be responsible for ticket checking and selling on board Voyager services, guiding passengers, and ensuring a safe journey while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires adapting to shift work, with initial training in Derby. You must live within an hour of Manchester and be able to work unsocial hours. Applications close Friday 30 October 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort on board.
• Report and fix any defective equipment and luggage issues.
