Northern is seeking a Train Dispatcher for a fixed-term contract at Salford Crescent. You will manage the safe and punctual dispatch of trains from platforms, communicating with crews and control rooms, and monitoring movements to respond rapidly to disruptions.

The role requires calm, decisive thinking in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on safety. Flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays are expected, with comprehensive training provided.
