Job summary

M Group is seeking a site-ready professional to join our water and wastewater capital project delivery team in the UK. You will ensure safe execution of works, conduct detailed risk assessments, and manage site setup and removal in adherence with our high safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold essential qualifications such as CSCS, Streetworks, Water Hygiene, and First Aid, with the ability to operate within live traffic environments while maintaining a clean, organized site.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving license and be able to work safely on site.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely on site.
• Complete and follow risk assessments; set up and remove worksites per code of practice.
• Report damage/defects; work in highways with pedestrians and live traffic; keep site clean and safe.

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What you’ll be doing?

Day to day you'll ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with MWS procedures and industry best practice.

We'll need you to complete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments, and be responsible for setting up work sites and removal, within the code of practice.

You'll report any damage/defects and work in highways with pedestrians and live traffic along with being required to maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle and tooling.

What you'll bring?

• Do you hold a full UK Driving License? This is an essential requirement.
• Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?
• Have you gained Water hygiene card, Water SHEA or CSCS?
• Do you hold, Streetworks Operative Qualification, Emergency First Aid, Abrasive Wheels Manual Handling qualifications?
