3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Traffic Marshall for a long-term temporary role on a construction site in Rayleigh. The position pays £16/hr and requires an enhanced DBS check. The role is in-person on site with day-to-day duties including visitor sign-in, gate duty, and coordination with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will hold a Traffic Marshall/Gateman/CPCS or NPORS ticket, have full PPE, and be prepared to manage deliveries and ensure site security in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Stand on the gate to the construction site and meet all site visitors.
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and their details are recorded clearly.
• Be the first point of contact for all sub contractors, clients and visitors booked for meetings on site.
• Sign in deliveries to site and manage deliveries.
• Perform duties on site as instructed by site management.
• Conduct work according to health & safety standards.

This project will be working on a construction site in Rayleigh and will be an ongoing work role for the right candidate.

Day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Standing on the gate to the construction site and meeting all site visitors
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and their details are recorded clearly
• Be the first point of contact for all sub contractors, clients and visitors booked for meetings on site
• Experience and be comfortably "Banking" lorries and deliveries
• Making sure no unauthorised personnel enters site
• Signing in deliveries to site
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• If site and weather conditions dictate you may be required to carry out a wheel jet wash
• Conduct work according to industry health & safety standards
