Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operative to work on schemes across our projects. You will manage traffic controls, uphold health and safety standards, and be flexible to work days, nights, and some weekends.

You will hold Lantra 12d accreditation, a valid UK driving licence and be capable of reading CAD drawings. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time role in a UK-based operation.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12d accreditation required as minimum TTMBC (M1–M2).
• Lantra 12a/b accreditation preferred.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all traffic management methods: Stop/Go boards, portable signals, convoy working, road closures and diversions.
• Ensure work follows safe methods and best practices.
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements for traffic works.
• Follow laid down procedures and report areas for improvement to line manager.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks for cleanliness and safety of drivers and passengers.
• Promote the company image through conduct, attire and site cleanliness.
• Demonstrate initiative to identify and implement improvements.
• Assist the public and direct them safely through site lines when required.
