Job summary

Go Traffic Management is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage client liaison, attend site visits and ensure day-to-day operations on client schemes run smoothly. You will oversee resource and kit availability, brief operatives on work requirements and coordinate with Depot managers to align with the programme.

The role requires self-organisation, strong record-keeping, and proven Traffic Management experience with 12D qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous Traffic Management experience is essential.
• 12D qualification required or essential.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Client and attend site visits / surveys.
• Check job packs, TM plans and brief operatives on requirements.
• Monitor programme and liaise with Depot Manager on resources and kit.
• Lead Programme meetings and highlight additional needs.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
• Ensure paperwork and audits are completed and chased where missing.
• Maintain 24/7 call out coverage and handover outside hours.
• Provide input for team briefs and coordinate with regional/Depot managers on staffing and training.
• Support CAD requests verification and liaise with CAD team for drawings.
