Job summary

Network Plus in Preston is seeking a Regional BD/Project Coordinator to maximise productivity, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day activities on client schemes. You will liaise with Depots and support the RM/SPM in driving BD opportunities regionally.

The role covers onboarding clients, quoting, and ensuring paperwork accuracy, with a focus on value engineering and timely billing calls. A driving license and auditing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of project tasks and client liaison responsibilities.
• Strong communication with external stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and support from RM/SPM.
• Monitor Client Programme against central hub bookings.
• Researching and identifying new markets, customer segments and partnerships.
• Generating leads and qualifying prospects.
• Lead on Programme meetings and coordinate with BD and SPM.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and tracked with depots.
• Attend weekly external billing calls and maximise sales.
• Liaise with clients on site queries; support CAD verifications.
• Monitor quote returns and assist PMs with quotes.
• Explore value engineering options in quotations.
• Capture commercial changes with PO adjustments or amendments.
