• Degree in Engineering required.
• Member of a relevant professional body (ICE/CIHT/IHE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a substantial highway improvements programme ensuring projects meet budget and programme.
• Ensure project designs meet local and national standards and health & safety requirements.
• Oversee project management and design processes to achieve successful delivery.
• Oversee contractors to ensure highway works are constructed to design and budget.
• Drive team development using innovative working methods including AI.
