• Oversee project management and design processes for successful delivery.
• Oversee contractors to ensure highway works are constructed to design and budget.
• Drive team development using innovative methods including AI.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, Members and other stakeholders.
• Support team growth and create an inclusive environment.
