Job summary

Biffa is recruiting a Traffic Dispatcher to organise depot operations, allocate vehicles, and ensure service excellence while maintaining health & safety and O licence compliance. The role involves hands-on engagement and driving improvements in operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and a good knowledge of the local area. This is a full-time, on-site position at our depot in Hatfield.

Traffic Dispatcher

Shift Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

TheTraffic Dispatcheris responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance.
