Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service/sales experience is essential.
• Experience in a trade / branch environment is advantageous.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding needs and recommending products.
• Responding to enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales.
• Assisting with warehouse duties including picking/packing and deliveries.
• Maintaining high branch standards and teamwork.
