Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Trade Planning & Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of customer events and seasonal campaigns. You will work closely with buyers, event managers, marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and clear communication across channels.

Reporting to the Lead Events Manager, you will help manage critical paths, track milestones, and provide reporting on performance.

Competenze

• Experience in retail, buying, category management, marketing, trade planning, events, or a commercial support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting.
• Ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication across a matrix organisation.

Mansioni

• Support the planning and execution of seasonal events, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives across all channels and formats.
• Own and maintain event critical paths, ensuring milestones and deadlines are tracked and communicated.
• Coordinate POS briefing processes to capture requirements clearly and deliver on time.
• Act as a central contact between commercial, marketing, store operations and customer teams.
• Produce and distribute regular sales and event reporting to provide campaign insights.
• Support creation and maintenance of event planning docs, trackers and timelines.
• Monitor activity and escalate risks or opportunities as needed.
• Coordinate post-event reviews and capture learnings and recommendations.
• Ensure all event communications and materials meet compliance.
