MSC Cruises in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trade Support Executive to join the Sales Team. This vital admin role supports Trade Partners from behind the scenes and helps elevate sales by backing Sales Managers on the road.

The role collaborates with product, revenue, marketing, reservations and finance to bridge the gap between travel agents and MSC Cruises. It requires travel and fluency in English, with strong Microsoft 365 skills and excellent organizational ability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, including written.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Create Trade Partner Toolkits for Brand Campaigns and New Promotions.
• Create Window / Social Media Offer Cards.
• Take ownership of the National Trade Social Media Platforms.
• Supporting the organisation of the Trade Ship Visit Programme.
• Liase with Trade Support Manager to resolve issues escalated to the Trade Support Team.
