Job summary

MSC Cruises is seeking a Trade Support Executive to assist trade partners and Sales Managers behind the scenes, bridging gaps between travel agents and the company. You will help produce promotional materials, manage social media platforms, and coordinate ship visit activities.

Highly organised candidates with fluent English and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are encouraged to apply. Some travel is required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create Trade Partner Toolkits for Brand Campaigns and New Promotions.
• Create Window / Social Media Offer Cards.
• Own the National Trade Social Media Platforms.
• Assist in organising the Trade Ship Visit Programme.
• Liaise with Trade Support Manager to resolve escalated issues.

The Trade Support Executive is part of a vital department within the Sales Team Function. It's a crucial admin role supporting Trade Partners from behind the scenes and elevating the sales function by supporting the Sales Managers that are out on the road. This role works closely with other departments within the business including product & revenue, marketing, reservations and finance - bridging the gap between travel agent partners and MSC Cruises.

• Take ownership of the National Trade Social Media Platforms
• Supporting the organisation of the Trade Ship Visit Programme
• Liase with Trade Support Manager to resolve issues escalated to the Trade Support Team
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Required)
• Fluent in English, including written (Required)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
