Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a commercially minded Trade Marketing Manager to lead ESPA’s trade marketing across luxury spa, hotels and wellness partners. You will translate ESPA’s brand into spa activations, therapist engagement, and premium partner experiences, driving growth in both retail and B2B channels.

The role sits at the intersection of brand, commercial and experience, delivering high-impact programmes that raise ESPA’s presence, desirability and performance across the spa ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade marketing within beauty, wellness or luxury sectors.
• Strong understanding of the spa and hospitality industry.
• Commercial awareness and ability to use performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade marketing across retail, B2B and spa channels with a commercial focus.
• Develop launch plans, campaigns, activations and in-spa merchandising.
• Grow ESPA’s spa partnerships and drive bookings, visibility and retention.
• Create therapist engagement initiatives and activation toolkits.
• Translate ESPA’s brand into spa activations and partner experiences.
• Build luxury hospitality partnerships with strategic accounts.
