Cosmetic Executive Women UK Limited is recruiting a Sales & Education Manager for a globally recognised luxury skincare brand. The role focuses on managing premium spa partnerships across the UK and EMEA, driving commercial growth and delivering impactful education programmes.

You will report to the Global Head of Spa, nurture partner relationships, deliver training to spa teams, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure premium brand representation across all

Qualifications

• Experience within the spa, skincare or luxury beauty industry.
• Strong sales, account management and business development experience.
• Experience delivering education, training or coaching programmes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with spa and hospitality partners.
• Drive sales growth across existing accounts and new business opportunities.
• Deliver engaging education and training programmes.
• Coach therapists, spa leaders and partner teams to optimise performance.
• Support retail growth initiatives within partner locations.
• Identify and onboard new spa and hotel partnerships.
• Monitor account performance and implement growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional partner support.
• Ensure strong brand representation across all partner touchpoints.
• Track commercial performance and provide regular reporting.
