ELEMIS invites a seasoned Spa Business Partner to manage and expand partnerships across London and the South, elevating guest experiences and driving commercial success. You will lead performance reviews, plan activations, and act as brand ambassador at industry events.

The role emphasizes relationship building with spa directors and therapists, onsite visits to monitor standards, and collaboration with spa leaders to roll out new tools that boost revenue while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within spa, beauty or wellness sectors.
• Proven ability to win and launch new partnerships.
• Strong understanding of skincare and luxury retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs.
• Lead monthly business reviews with accounts using data to drive improvements.
• Provide a commercially focused plan for each account to drive retail and treatment sales.
