THG Beauty is seeking a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive to lead our global influencer strategy and social media presence for ESPA. You will shape campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, and create engaging content that resonates with audiences worldwide.

You will collaborate across marketing, PR, and e‑commerce, optimise performance and ensure brand objectives are met with innovative, data‑driven decisions. This role offers dynamic growth and a global remit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong communication skills across global audiences and markets.
• Ability to create engaging, platform-tailored content and measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy to engage diverse audiences.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets.
• Collaborate with Influencer Agencies to drive the influencer channel forward.
• Build clearly defined influencer rosters aligned with brand objectives and performance goals.
• Identify, outreach to and gift new influencers in partnership with PR to grow ESPA’s roster.
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing to optimise performance-driven influencer activity.
