Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for our Selco concession showroom in Walthamstow. You’ll own the full customer journey, designing tailored kitchens while delivering excellent service to Trade customers.

The role involves home visits, pipeline management, and upselling opportunities to hit targets while protecting margins.

Walthamstow Selco Showroom
£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is based within our Selco concession, meaning it is focused around the Trade customer and building strong relationships that promote repeat business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
• Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
• Manage your pipeline and follow up leads
• Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirable but not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
