Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer at its Walthamstow Selco Showroom to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens, ensure a superb customer experience, and nurture relationships to promote repeat business.

Role is based in a concession focused on trade customers, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets, calculating margins, and upselling where appropriate. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Walthamstow Selco Showroom
£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is based within our Selco concession, meaning it is focused around the Trade customer and building strong relationships that promote repeat business.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
