Magnet is recruiting a Kitchen Sales Designer in Aylesbury to own the full customer journey from showroom conversation to final installation. You will craft tailored kitchen designs, delivering an exceptional experience that builds trust, converts into sales and boosts earnings.

You will convert inquiries to high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity with value, manage pipelines, and perform home visits to identify upselling opportunities while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
